Having completed the one customer persona from yesterday’s task build your library of personas and add extra insights and information to them as you find more about your customers.

What do you sell?

Today’s task is about your products or services. Ask yourself What do we sell?

Not too difficult on a Saturday so make the time (Coffee break) to write down the products that you are selling or the services that you want to sell online.

If you have a digital retail store, then the process may be longer depending on the number of products you sell. Start with the categories and then deal with each category individually with a list of products in each category.

If you are a service business, then the process is a little easier. Determine the most important service and we will be using that as the sample for tomorrows task.

Enjoy the task you will see why it is needed tomorrow.

Tomorrow we will give you the next Advent task, it will be based on the outcomes of this task so make sure you have the answers ready tomorrow.
